Gawd, I love parallelworld!Booster. XD But I'm waiting in fear of what parallel!Ted is like. It's just... The possibilities, they break my already DC-addled brain.

Because how else could that line be interpreted!? Booster is AFTER Ted's HEART.
What with Booster being from THE FUTURE and ignorant of 20th Century slang, it was suggested that maybe he means "after" in the other way; he comes second to only Ted'sdefective heart. But that doesn't work with Ted's line, so..... O_O
Maybe Booster's being sarcastic, but then that would imply he's after more than Ted's heart.like his body!!!

MUCH later: AHA!! "After my own heart" means the other person shares a likeness, interest, inner quality, or just similarity. And Booster jokes back that the inner qualities (ie. pranking and jokes) is all they share, meaning Booster is still cooler and prettier than Ted.
Unless Booster didn't get that idiom and is actually replying sarcasticly. o_O
