Paku Romi cancelled at the last minute (something to do with her passport?), but that was okay since it freed up time for me to get into the CLAMP line. The panel was scheduled to start at 2 and when I got in line at 11:30, the line had stretched the length of the hall and a second row was starting. Despite that (and the fact seating didn't start until 2:30), I got a pretty okay seat, meaning I was near the center and could see the CLAMP women's faces. There were huge video screens and the emcee was Riza Hawkeye's dub actress. She was there because she's now the director for the Tsubasa anime dub. Apparently, Funimation and DelRey were the main sponsors for the CLAMP appearance.

The Nakajima Atsuko panel was on Monday, and after the CLAMP panel, the room seemed positively empty. It was open Q&A and there were a lot of questions about specific series (most i've not seen) and stuff like why does she draw so damn pretty. It's all her btw, not the series director. And of course, Ban and Ginji were brought up. She said they were "good friends." *entire room lols* Her favorite Get Backers character is Kazuki *lone kazuki cosplayer w00ts* and her favorite from Trinity Blood is Trez *hee*. She said she grew up a fan of a lot of manga/anime and was going to go into commercial design when she decided to go with something more related to anime. No particular manga series she would like to work on as an anime. She only just finished work on Princess Princess so no, she wasn't working on anything at the moment. There isn't any particular medium she likes to use, she prefers to mix and try different things out. I didn't win a signed sketch but I got an autograph and she signed my copy of her artbook. There's a ♥ ehe~

added: I got teh PoT anime artbook that comes with a mini-cd of a Seigaku locker room conversation. Oishi's showing Taka-san, Eiji, and Fuji the artbook (Eiji's jealous Ryoma's on the cover XD) when Inui and a breathless Kaidoh come in. Taka-san asks if Kaidoh's exhausted from jogging and Kaidoh replies "Iya.... betsuni". Then Fuji chuckles that whatever made Kaidoh breathless must be a secret.
