Info on the Lupus constellation here and stuff on Sirius/Canis Major here!
Unfortunately you can't see both constellations at a time though they're southern constellations (*beats back 'starcrossed lovers' comments*).

would it be bad to say Remus' birthday is June 20 (gemini/cancer) and Sirius's is February 15 (aquarius)?
and the signs fit them so well, too!
