Physical differences between Rikkai's Niou and Yagyuu cuz holy fuck, I can't tell:

Niou is left-handed while Yagyuu is right-handed
Niou has a mole on his chin
Yagyuu has darker hair

FujixTaka (tho they don't appear as often)
